Ability to research, identify, coordinate and manage housing opportunities with on affordable housing, development projects; manage real estate pre-purchase activities while identifying funding sources for various housing projects; Recognize and educate potential partners for future housing initiatives, develop and monitor budgets; excellent communication & writing skills are necessary. Qualifications and requirements include BA and/or 4 years experience in housing development.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with ADL skills, case management, transportation, and providing other services as required. Shifts vary; evenings and weekend hours required. BA degree in health related field or 4 years relevant experience. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Provides on site consumer supervision and clinical support and on-call coverage to staff and consumers for crisis intervention and emergency services. Coordinates and monitors all aspects of service delivery including assessment, evaluation, recommendations on placements, treatment planning, and case conferences. Assists with referrals for adjunctive services, family meetings, group work, individual counseling (as needed), consumer advocacy, liaison with other community agencies and discharges. BA degree in mental health discipline or 4 years relevant experience. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities include providing daily management of the community residence and to direct residential support services of consumers. Assists with the coordination of referrals and placements of consumers with other residential agencies. Qualifications include a 4-year degree in a related discipline, plus one additional year of experience in a mental health capacity.
