Community Hope Welcomes Frances DeSena
to Its Board of Directors

Parsippany, NJ – Community Hope is pleased to announce the appointment of Frances DeSena to its Board of Directors.

Ms. DeSena currently serves as Vice President of Global Commercialization and Market Communications at Bristol Myers Squibb, bringing more than two decades of leadership in the pharmaceutical industry to Community Hope. Throughout her career, she has excelled in driving strategic communications and marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and support commercial success on a global scale.

In her role at BMS, Ms. DeSena leads a cross-functional team focused on thought leadership, product launches, and integrated communication strategies for a wide range of audiences—including healthcare professionals, patients, payers, and regulatory agencies. Her deep expertise in navigating global market complexities and regulatory environments has been instrumental in broadening the company’s global impact.

Before joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Ms. DeSena held senior roles across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, where she consistently enhanced brand reputation and visibility through innovative and strategic communications.

The Community Hope Board of Directors is chaired by President John Iannetta, with Laurie Becker serving as Vice President, Todd A. Smith as Secretary, and Nicholas Lorusso as Treasurer.
