    Who We Serve
These profiles represent just some of the 300 individuals rebuilding their lives at Community Hope each day.

Our nonprofit organization was founded in 1985 by caring families of young adults whose lives were impacted by depression, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses.

Today, Community Hope's residential programs help more than 300 individuals a day in recovery from mental illness and addiction. We restore hope to homeless veterans, aging-out youth and adults who can reach their potential with our support and encouragement. Our programs, including Hope for Veterans®, have won national and statewide acclaim as models to be replicated.
