Community Hope Celebrates CEO Carmine Deo
on His NJBIZ Executive Excellence Award
Parsippany, New Jersey — Community Hope is proud to announce that our CEO, Carmine Deo, has been selected as one of the honorees in the 2025 NJBIZ Executive Excellence Awards, to be presented on October 14, 2025.
The NJBIZ Executive Excellence Awards, launched this year, aim to highlight executives across New Jersey who demonstrate outstanding leadership, integrity, vision, performance, and community service. After an open nomination process, a panel of independent judges selected honorees based on a points-based evaluation system.
“This award is a fitting recognition of Carmine’s tireless dedication not only to Community Hope but to our broader mission of serving individuals and families in crisis,” said John Iannetta, Board President, Community Hope. “Under his leadership, Community Hope has expanded its programs, deepened its impact in New Jersey, and remained steadfast in our values of compassion, resilience, and service.”
During his tenure, Carmine Deo has overseen numerous initiatives that have enhanced Community Hope’s ability to deliver mental health services, addiction recovery support, residential treatment, and other community-based programs. His strategic direction has strengthened partnerships, improved operational effectiveness, and elevated the organization’s reputation in the region.
